500 g Beef or chicken mince, grass-fed is best
40 g French onion soup mix
1 carrot, grated
1 zucchini, grated
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
⅓ cup grated cheese
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
4 sheets of puff pastry, thawed

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line two trays with baking paper.

In a bowl, combine mince, soup mix, carrot, zucchini, parsley, cheese and breadcrumbs. Mix well.

Lay puff pastry sheets flat and cut in half. Spoon mince mixture down the middle of each strip of pastry and roll to enclose.

Cut the roll into even pieces and place onto trays.

Brush each piece with beaten egg yolk. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seed.

Place tray into oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
