In a deep pot over medium heat, add coconut oil.
Add the onion. Saute until clear, then add garlic, garam marsala, curry powder and cumin. Stir to combine.
Add sweet potatoes, tomatoes, chickpeas, salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 mins.
Add 1 teaspoon of coconut flour, if needed to thicken sauce.
Remove curry from heat and squeeze a lime lightly over the top, stirring to combine.
If you wish to add chicken to the recipe, simply add it at Step 3.
