1 ½ cups small macaroni
4 bacon rashers
1 onion, diced
1 440g can of tomato soup
½ cup milk
1 cup grated cheese
1 zucchini

Pre-heat oven to 190 degrees.

Fill large pot with water and bring to boil. When ready, cook macaroni as per packet instructions.

While macaroni is cooking, dice onion and chop bacon into small pieces and gently fry until cooked.

When macaroni is cooked, drain well and pour into large, oven-safe casserole dish along with the bacon and onion mixture.

Stir in tomato soup, milk, salt, pepper and grated cheese. Sprinkle additional cheese over the top.

Bake in oven for 45 minutes, or until the cheese on top goes golden brown.

Serve hot on it's own or with salad and garlic bread. Yum!
