Our Rooms
Our Centre is a fully registered Childcare and Kindergarten providing high quality care for children aged from 15 months through to 12 years.
We offer a caring and nurturing environment for all of our children; with all levels of learning abilities. Our team understand that every child is unique and learns and develops are their own rate and in their own time, so we strive to provide opportunities and environments that foster this growth; and which are inclusive of children with additional needs.
In our Joey’s Room we cater to a diverse age group, ranging from 15 months to 3.5 years. Our primary goal is to foster an inclusive, engaging, and secure environment for your little ones, supporting them in their journey of growth and learning. We believe in creating an enriching atmosphere where children can explore, create, and develop through play-based learning.
We place great emphasis on nurturing social and emotional development, fostering independence and self-help skills, and promoting effective communication. Our dedicated educators provide unwavering support, encouragement, and attentive care, working in close partnership with families to ensure a strong foundation for each child’s development. Our approach to play-based learning draws inspiration from Steiner’s theory, emphasising hands-on experiences and learning through play, as well as Vygotsky’s theory, highlighting the importance of social interactions.

Kindy Room

In our Kindy room, our belief in learning through play means your child will explore, create, and develop while having fun. We encourage children to take the lead in their learning journey, fostering curiosity and creativity. Controlled risk-taking, connection with nature through activities like Bush Kindy, and a strong focus on open communication with families and the community create a supportive environment.
We form partnerships with local schools to ease the transition to the next stage of education, promote independence, perseverance, and problem-solving skills, and deeply value relationships with children and families. In our Kindy room, we prioritise developing the whole child – socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively, recognising the interconnected nature of their growth. For school-age children, our Schoolies program offers a delightful experience both before and after school, as well as during school holidays. We collaborate closely with children and their families to design a program that provides meaningful and enjoyable play and leisure opportunities.
During school holidays, we offer a diverse range of activities, including exciting excursions to destinations like Warwick pool, the local bike park, Warwick cinemas, Killarney community exploration, the rec hall for skating, Queen Mary Falls walks, and visits to Killarney pool. We also offer captivating in-centre experiences such as slime making, science experiments, Wii games, board games, basketball, and more.
Our dedicated educators strive to build strong and exciting relationships with the children, creating a safe space for self-expression and, most importantly, having fun!
